Cricket World Cup 2019 started Today, Google Dedicates Doodle

Cricket World Cup 2019 begins today in London, and Google on its search homepage has committed a Google Doodle to the event. The creative Google Doodle has an eccentric animation to it as well, and it marks the starting of the biggest sporting event of the year. The 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup will see its first match which is “England vs South Africa” held at 3 pm IST on Thursday, May 30, and it carries to go on for all June, with the final match held on July 4.

The ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 Google Doodle sports with a black background and the alphabets ‘O’ and ‘L’ are replaced with a cricket ball and stumps respectively. After this, A bowler is seen bowling the ball to the batsmen, and when the ball is hit, a fielder catches the ball. This small and beautiful animation tries to show the game antics which is a tribute to the start of the Cricket World Cup 2019.

On Clicking the doodle will take you further to the search results for the keyword named ‘Cricket World Cup 2019′, and firstly the ICC Cricket World Cup schedule is shown on the search results, with details on which match will be held today, tomorrow, and thereafter. It should project live scores as well when the match started.

On Day 2 of 2019, ICC Cricket World Cup will show Pakistan face off against West Indies at 3 pm IST, with Day 3 on June 1 saw the New Zealand vs Sri Lanka match begin at the similar time, and this further followed by Afghanistan vs Australia at 6 pm IST. After this on Day 4 (June 2) will have Bangladesh against South Africa starting at 3 pm IST.
